A. This depends on the job. However, we usually employ a 1-2 person crew as they are the ideal size for most of the homes we clean in the Treasure Valley. Let us know if you have any special needs or requirements.
A. Yes. However, these do require extra work. Depending on how many windows you have the price will be adjusted accordingly in the free quote we provide.
A. This varies depending on your preference, type of house and the surrounding environment. Some clients have their windows cleaned every two weeks while others monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
A. It is always helpful for a client to move any fragile obstacle away from windows. This includes special knick-knacks, plants, etc. Doing so will save us a lot of time and is very appreciated. However, if you need assistance in moving furniture, we would be more than happy to help you with that.
A. At Action Window Cleaning we work year round and aren’t afraid to get wet. If it’s raining outside, we can start on the inside window until the weather improves which it usually does. Pressure washing and gutter cleaning can be done as long as the temperatures outside are above freezing.

A. We recommend getting your gutters clean at least twice a year – at the start of spring and the beginning of fall.
A. Of course! No job is done until your gutters work properly and we have removed any mess we have made while cleaning them out.
